Collected information is used to generate test results, send result emails, provide premium reports, confirm payments, respond to customer inquiries, and improve the service through analytics.
3. Retention and Deletion
We delete personal information without delay after the purpose of use is achieved. Information that must be retained under e-commerce or other applicable laws may be kept for the period required by those laws.
