These Terms govern the rights and obligations between 웰플로우 (operating WELLFLOW) and users regarding the Welltype test, result reports, premium reports, and related online services.
Article 2 Services
We provide digital content services including WCWI-based wellness testing, Welltype results, email delivery, and premium report viewing and PDF download.
Article 3 Paid Services and Payment
Some services, such as the Premium Report, may be paid. Prices, scope, and payment methods follow what is shown on the service screens at the time of purchase. Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment. Link access and PDF download remain available for up to 12 months from the purchase date.
Article 4 Refunds and Withdrawal
Due to the nature of digital content, withdrawal of an offer may be restricted once viewing or download has begun, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests may be submitted to hello@welltype.world.

WELLFLOW tests and reports are for self-understanding and wellness reference only. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, counseling, or professional decision-making.
